My wife and I bought the pass for three attractions. Had to call customer service to get timed tickets to the Shedd. The tickets would not link to my email. (customer service was prompt, nice and helpful). At the Fields and Art institute we had to go to the ticket office to have them manually print tickets. Everyone was nice and helpful but using the tickets was not very convenient.

ME ENCANTÓ!!
Me encantó usar CityPASS fue muy fácil de comprar, y sobretodo de usarla solo tenían que escanear los que en cada atracción y eso lo hacía muy práctico, volveré a comprar el CityPASS en cada ciudad que visite!

This is the 5th time in Chicago and I always enjoyed the city pass I never get tired to visit the best places and it is very convenient when you buy your CityPass and you don’t have to wait in lines if you make your reservation for the attractions in advance. 💯 recommend

Absolutely unforgettable!
I bought a CityPASS tickets for my recent trip to Chicago. And it was amazing!
My family and I from three different states met in Chicago for my nieces birthday. We were there two nights and three days. And we were able to go to five attractions in addition to everyday sightseeing and tourism as well as the amazing food. We all got three day bus passes entered the bus and the train everywhere. We had such an epic memory making experience. I highly recommend this to everybody. We got the five attraction pass. It’s so worth it.

The tourist experience
Everyone goes to a great big city out-of-state from time to time and has a few days to hit the highlights and not mich else. That's where passes like these come in handy. While I appreciate a great deal be placed on reservation well in advance, some elements cannot. Some of them don't need to be reserved either, but some elements really would be better for an out-of-towner to have set with a reservation. But really, it's a great cost savings, super convenient and still a great option if you want to get a taste of a city.
